A) The only Institution in Maharashatra
firmly dedicated to the cause of
activities promotion & development of the game
of chess since 1941.
B) The only Institution in the world which has been consistently & relentlessly conducting chess tournaments of International ranking and for various age groups for the last 35 years.
C) This Institute has brought to the fore, players of International ranking viz. Sou. Bhagyashree Thipse, Kum. Swati
Ghate.
D) The annual chess festival conducted under the auspices of Nutan Buddhibal Mandal attracts most outstanding players, to name only a few world champion international Grandmaster Vishwanathan anand, Pravin Thipse, Raja Ravishekhar. as also at least 25 Players of the rank of International master participate in such events.
