PROJECT REPORT (---1---) COMPLEX FOR PROMOTION OF CHESS AND FOR DEVLOPMENT OF OTHER INDOOR SPORTS REPORT REGARDING THE PROJECT.
7. Purpose regarding the the demand / Requisition & Project Report.	"Acquisition of land for sports complex for chess & other sports (Presently Institute does not have any land holding.)
8. Proposed activities in the sports compl	Development of chess from school level, deserving up-coming school going children to be coached, guided by International ranking knowledge able learned coaches on full time, part time basis. As per Governments directives / guidelines (viz catch them young) to conduct / host international rating events so as to give an opportunity to the trainees to exhibit their prowess Tennis, Gymnastics, Yogasanas etc. to improve physical fitness, tenacity of chess players to promote & develop such sports, nurture players of international repute.
9. Provision of finance for proposed expenditure	A) Land / to be allotted state 1,00,000/- Govt. B) Construction of building to 71,00,000/- House the complex C) Furniture, chess seers, library 10,00,000/- other sports material, computer display board D) Unexpenditure / Unforeseen 1,25,000/- Total :Rs. 83,25,000/-
10. Provision of finance for proposed expenditure.	A) Institute's own balance proposed expenditure. (mainly for purchase of plot) 1,25,000/- B) Funds received through Sponsored programmers, tournaments. 1,50,000/- C) From institutional donors 65,00,000/- Govt. AID/Grant, Govt. fund etc. D) Contribution from institute's 2,00,000/- members towards sports complex Total : Rs. 83,25,000/-
11. Special information about the institute	A) This institute has given international the institute platers mainly 1) Sou. Bhagyashree Thipse 2) Kum. Swati Ghate B) Shri. Bhausaheb Padsalgikar, International chess player coach, Organizer. Recipient of - 1) 1989-90 Shri. Shiva chhatrapati award 2) 1989-90 FIE-Foundation award. 3) 1994-95 Dadoji Kondadeo award. C) The only Organization / institute to conduct chess tournaments for children below 8. 10 & 12 years, 12years prior to world chess Fedretion conducting such events. D) The only institute in the world conducting for full one minth chess events for various age groups for the last 34 years without break.
12) Particulars about the plot Requisitioned	Under servey No. 261/13B of Sangli muncipalitys declared / announced sector / area, behind Sangli. Ralway station, near Jawahar housing society, Sangli. Admeasuring 2762 Sq. Mtrs area.
13. Special points on Requisitioning plot	A) In our country Calcutta city has a majestic sports complex. We propose to have such a complex for Chess and other sports. B) We Propose to gradually elevate this complex into sports University.
